Re-Ignite your career with TD Singapore

The Career Re-Ignite Programme aims to develop and diversify our talent pipeline by offering experienced professionals, who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years, the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The programme is designed to help returning professionals hone their skills, update their industry knowledge and empower returners in growing their careers.


As part of the programme, returners will receive:

  • Up to 12 months paid job experience

  • Opportunities to work on projects that match your skills and expertise

  • Opportunities to refresh or develop your technology, presentation and networking skills.

  • Access to programme alumni and senior leadership team

  • Training and mentoring support throughout the programme

Upon completion, there may be an opportunity for contract or permanent roles within TD Singapore.



As part of the Career Re-Ignite Programme, Returners will have an opportunity to work in one or more of the business units below (depending on their skill set and prior experience). 

We are looking for returners with the following attributes:

  • Prior experience working in financial services, or a relevant field, in at least one of the departments below

  • Team player and highly motivated self-starter

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, able to review and improve existing processes, contribute to improve product quality

  • Positive and pragmatic

  • High learning agility

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Come meet the TD team and learn more about the Career Re-Ignite Programme.​ Shortlisted candidates will get the opportunity to interact with the hiring managers of TD Singapore at the online networking session.


Candidates invited to this event may be further shortlisted for interviews for the 6+6 months 'Career Re-Ignite Programme' starting from August 2021.


Shortlisted candidates for this online event will be informed by 07 June 2021.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the Online Networking Session on 16 June 2021 (Wed) to meet with the business leaders of TD Securities. Post this session, candidates may be considered for the next stages of the hiring process for the programme.
