Deborah and Sher-li are the ladies behind Career Navigators, which is a subsidiary of Mums@Work Singapore. Set up to support women wanting to get back to work, Career Navigators was set up in 2016 and have partnered numerous firms in women-empowering projects. Under the umbrella of social enterprise, Mums@Work, the team (which consists of volunteers and partners) have organised a wide range of activities that allow women to embrace work-and-family harmony.

 

The idea for Singapore:40-over-40. Inspiring Women, came about after an observation that women in Singapore, over 40 years old often faced bias regarding their age.

 

Determined to drive a change for a more inclusive society, the team decided to launch the project. It is their dream that women can continue to embrace their career and life goals, without being limited by age or gender.
