We received numerous nominations for our 2021 list and were genuinely impressed by the stories that the amazing ladies shared with us.

It was very challenging to pick only 40 of all the nominations and it took time for the judges to come up with final shortlist.

We strongly feel that all other nominees deserve a mention on our site. Through all these ladies' empowering tales, we hope to inspire other females to believe that age and gender should not be barriers to chasing your dreams.
