Reignite your Career with TD Singapore
TD Singapore is excited to partner with Career Navigators (Mums@Work Singapore) to offer Career Reignite 2024. The programme aims to develop and diversify our talent pipeline, offering experienced professionals the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. As programme participant, you will work on meaningful projects, receive mentoring and training to help refresh your skills and build confidence as you return to the workforce.
As a part of the programme, you will receive:
• 6 months of paid job experience (with an option to extend an additional 6 months);
• Opportunities to work on projects that match your skills and expertise;
• Opportunities to refresh existing professional and technical skills, and to learn about new developments in your field;
• Networking access to programme alumni and our senior leadership team;
• Workplace reintegration support, on the job training and mentoring throughout the programme.

THE ROLES
Please apply if you have been on an extended career break for at least 2 years and have the following attributes:

Prior experience working in financial services, or a relevant field, in at least one of the departments listed below

Team player and highly motivated self-starter

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, able to review and improve existing processes, contribute to improve product quality

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Eligible to work in Singapore

Must be able to attend the half-day programme on 09 September 2024, Monday
In addition to the Career Reignite Programme, we are also looking to fill open full-time positions which can be found on TD Careers. We will also provide successful permanent hires with workplace reintegration support from Career Navigators (subsidiary of Mums@Work).
You will have an opportunity to work in one or more of the business units below (depending on your interests and prior experience).

This will be an opportunity to interact with the hiring managers and hear from previous programme participants.
Successful candidates will be informed by end-August 2024.

Career Navigators
(Mums@Work Singapore)
MUMS@WORK (Singapore) was set up to help mothers marry their professional experience with the shift in priorities upon the inclusion of new family members. Our main mission is to be a point of information source for mothers who want to work flexi-time or run their own Mumpreneur business so as to have sufficient time for family as well.
CAREER NAVIGATORS serve as a compass point for the woman who wants to explore new (or restart previous) career paths. Through self-discovery, training and actual hands-on experiential projects, we assist her in getting back on board and getting ready to ‘up her game’. Career Navigators celebrates gender diversity and encourages companies to support the journey of these women. Acting as a partner, we strive to deliver numerous educational, tactical and strategic projects, enabling employers and job seekers to find the perfect win-win situation.
